The training sector of Prometeo Consulting Group includes the conception organization delivery, and evaluation of training activities developed on the basis of an innovative, modular and customizable approach, which sees in the development (and possible evaluation and validation) of personal skills the basis of planning of such initiatives. The service is available in Italian and English.

The sector develops on two pillars: on the one hand, the training services are conceived according to a distinctly international approach, aimed at developing specialized training products, based on experiential methodologies including the creation of scenarios and simulations, in line with the most advanced European standards and international, taking a cue from the specific experience gained by the founding members and directors in the planning and delivery of training initiatives aimed at the staff of European institutions, international organizations, NGOs, ministries, public bodies, and private companies. In particular, the intention is to develop training activities on safety issues for personnel employed abroad in difficult countries and in risky areas; geopolitics and strategic studies, also with reference to specific geographical contexts; stress management; training courses for trainers with individual and personalized feedback; corporate social responsibility; communication/public speaking and career coaching. On the other hand, Smart Revolution intends to carry out professional qualification, prequalification, and specialization training activities for individuals already employed or looking for employment, also at the specific request of companies. The intention is therefore to make available to the territory-specific and advanced professionalism in the field of training, which through innovative, personalized, and modular approaches contributes to the continuous development process of the subjects involved.
