HEAT is an intensive course that aims to train professionals to effectively address the risks associated with emergencies / critical situations while deployed in hostile environments overseas. This type of training should improve participants' understanding of the minimum requirements required in the behavioural field when working as a member of a team in an international operation, regardless of their nationality or professional background.


All major international organizations, be it the United Nations, the OSCE or the EU, face a common challenge on the ground regarding the safety and security of their personnel.

In fact, the personnel deployed in the crisis missions, working in the field, are exposed to a variety of occupational risks and dangers.
